2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a course, joining a waitlist, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with a booking.
3. Course Bookings & Eligibility
Courses are available to beginners and qualified nail technicians, depending on the course requirements outlined on each course page.
Some courses require proof of prior qualification. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the entry requirements.
We accept students aged 16 and over.
Students aged 16–17 must provide parental or guardian consent before attending.
4. Payments
Full payment or an approved payment plan is required at the time of booking.
Payment plans are provided via third-party providers (e.g. Klarna, PayPal, Stripe) and are subject to their terms and approval.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
5. Mandatory Kits
Some courses include mandatory professional kits, which are included in the advertised course price.
Kits are non-refundable once a booking has been made.
Where a student already owns a suitable professional kit, approval must be granted in advance and a private discount code may be issued at our discretion.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
All course bookings are non-refundable.
You may request to reschedule your course with more than 7 days’ notice. Your place will be moved to a future available date.
Requests made within 7 days of the course date will result in the booking being forfeited.
Failure to attend on the day will be treated as a cancellation with no refund or transfer.
7. Course Changes or Cancellation by Us
In rare circumstances (e.g. illness, low enrolment, unforeseen events), we may need to reschedule a course.
If this happens, you will be offered:
A transfer to a future course date.
Refunds are not offered where a suitable alternative date is provided.
8. Training Standards & Certification
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements.
Accreditation is provided by recognised industry bodies and allows eligibility for professional insurance.
We reserve the right to withhold certification if a student does not meet required standards or behaves in a manner that compromises safety or learning.
9. Health & Safety
Students must complete all required theory and health & safety materials before attending.
A short knowledge check or quiz may be conducted on the day.
We reserve the right to remove a student from training if their conduct poses a risk to themselves or others. No refund will be issued in such cases.
10. Photography & Media Consent
Training photos and videos may be taken during courses for educational and marketing purposes.
Consent is obtained verbally during registration and on booking.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs, you must inform us before training begins.
11. Intellectual Property
All training materials, manuals, content, and demonstrations remain the intellectual property of The Nail Room Training Academy.
Materials must not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Training is delivered to professional standards; however, we are not responsible for:
Business outcomes
Client results
Income or employment success following training
Our liability is limited to the value of the course purchased.
